Default www.stylusplus.co.uk gone?

HI, I placed an order 2 weeks ago with stylusplus.co.uk. To date I haven't received my order. I have emailed several times-no reply and phoned - no answer. On one page of the site it says:

Please note that due to severe ill health, some orders have been delayed.

We apologise to all our customers for this and the back log will be cleared by the end of the week.

Once again, our sincere apologies.

This has been up for a while now.

Just wondered if anyone knew if its now defunct or what's going on?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Still no order. No emails.

Think I've lost my money.

What payment method did you use. If you used a Credit Card, as opposed to a Debit Card, or paid by PayPal, you should be able to get your money back.

Even if you paid by debit card, if you have reasonable proof that you have neither received your goods or any reply to emails, and the phone number is not getting answered, they may be able to do a charge-back.

Different banks seem to have different attitudes to this but it's worth asking. In person at the branch is the best approach.
