Default Collaro Conquest service sheet

Firstly, Mods, pleae feel free to move this if its not in the right section.

There have been a number of requests for the service sheet / service manual for the Collaro Conquest automatic record changer so i've scanned it in, played around with the settings and put it into PDF form.

There are two parts, One deals with the 4 speed motor unit itself and this is parts 1 - 5

Parts 6 - 8 deal with the changer mechanism itself, please note tht there are variations of the pick up arm. The one shown looks remarkably like the one in the later studio

Also the diagram of the 4 speed AC43 motor unit

Thanks very much for this information!

I'm about to score a Collaro Conquest changer which sounds as though it's in need of some TLC (running slowly ..... which usually means solidified grease). All this will be immensely helpful, as I've never worked on anything more complicated than a BSR.

And the best of British

As you say probably solidified grease, but Collaros are unlike anyhing you've seen before!

Lubricate the motor this is quite simple, but the cam will need greasing as well. Do not try and dismantle the pick up arm clutch, it will end in tears! Floods of them.

Take photo's and notes before and as you dismantle. Don Bullock (remember him) said that the sight of one sent shivers down his spine!

At least they are plentiful unlike the later studio.
