Default American Radio History Website

Hi.

Just a quick question. Today, I haven't been able to access the American Radio History website www.americanradiohistory.com and wondered if other forum members have experienced this as well? I was using the website late last night without problems. Any info appreciated.

Regards
Symon.

There was a message on the site this morning saying the site would be down for a few hours to allow replacement of a UPS.

Thanks for all your replies. Hopefully it will be up and running again tomorrow. I was perusing some articles in Radio Constructor and also various American electronics magazines. It's a great website and hope it's absence is only temporary.

Symon

I have just tried this site out, it sounds interesting as I have not heard of it before.
In my collection I have a couple of U.S radios, one being a model called Crusader.
In the past I have tried other American sites and they just did not seem to give out much information at all so perhaps this could be another way of finding more information on this rare radio?
Cheers
Mike

The American Radio History website is mostly sources about the radio and television industry instead of specific radio models. You can try the website Nostalgia Air if you want to try to find schematics of specific radio models:
http://www.nostalgiaair.org/

You can also try posting at the Antique Radio Forum: http://antiqueradios.com/forums/index.php
