Default Garrard 2025 tonearm dismantling

Hello,
I was 'tampering' with the screw on the tone arm of a 2025tc garrard deck and out popped a small spring and a grey plastic piece, so i would like to know is there an easy way to remove the tone arm so i can invert it and screw back the spring and grey plastic piece in place, otherwise it seem impossible
all advice is much appreciated
