Default Marconi TM6113 choke adaptor.

I have a Marconi TF2700 LCR bridge which you can get an adaptor for so you can measure inductance with a DC bias. I've searched a lot for one, or for a schematic, but the best I've found is a schematic without value's in the TF2700 manual.

What inductor's/caps could I use for the two L/C's in parallel, the ones in series with the bias PSU? If I had a handle on those I could make a homemade TF6113. I presume a 10n would do as the cap across the supply and a 0.1u 630v as the blocker on the RHS.

Re measuring tfmr's, I've had great difficulty using my TF2700 as well as another L meter i have. I get a different result every time. There's a video here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s62DL_v5zRg that goes into a bit of detail and a method of measuring said tfmr's.
