Thorens Td 150 turntable connectors

Hi I have inherited a 1960s Thoren TD 150 mk11
Which seems to be in great shape.
It has one of the old round din connectors which is incompatible to my 90's Pioneer SA-620 which has just the left and right phono inputs.
Is it possible to cut this and connect phono connectors .
I have a din connector but that has four outputs on it . Red black white and yellow.
Also any recommendations on a new needle ?

Plenty of DIN-phono adapters on eBay for a couple of quid if you search.

The 'new needle' (stylus) will depend on the cartridge fitted. Post some closeup pictures.

The DIN connector you have will work, you leave the two unused plugs hanging free. The connections you want should be White (left) and Red (right) but trial and error will sort out if that is wrong.
