Merry Christmas, Midwinter, Yule, Winter Solstice, Newtonsday and any other event that you celebrate to all members here.

Has anyone received any on-topic presents this year? I did, and not just the ones I chose/bought myself.

All the best of the Season to all from Downunder.

May you all stay safe and healthy in the following year.

Too hot for a roast and plum pudding, so looks like rabbit food today with maybe a or two

All good wishes to forum members and to the forum - my thanks to those who run it and may it long continue. Here's hoping for a great New Year for everyone, those of all faiths and those of none - a year of fairness and equality, free from prejudice and intolerance, in fact, a world was run along the lines of this forum. Think what could be achieved.
My thanks to all involved and especially to Paul.
I do not post a great deal these days, mainly due to advancing years and to the lack of available time, but I always make a point of visiting the form daily.
Warmest regards to all

Tony

Well, I did "invest" my birthday money in a couple of 60's Chapman tuners which arrived last week and which I have spent the last couple of days happily cleaning up.

Yep - Seasons Greetings folks!

Keep it safe and keep your valves 'on' ...... it takes the chill off and offers a warm glow during these long Winter evenings !!!!

I hope you meant soldering irons! Oddly I have an old smoothing iron I use for reflow soldering of aluminium cored PCBs for high power LED projects.

BTW for those (like me) who find it a bit of a boring time the Kew Steam Museum is firing up all of their engines on Friday, I will be there.

Oh, and to keep on topic, bah humbug (grin).
