Default Teleton colour decoder

There was another non PAL decoder which worked differently, used by Teleton or some similar brand.

I used to own a Teleton VX1110 colour hybrid portable set years ago that used the simple (PAL)? decoder, it used to display incorrect colours when hooked up to the Maplin modulator but worked absolutely correct off of the house roof top aerial!
