Other vintage radio sites
Hi there all, I would like to say that I've recently joined another 2 radio sites, thinking that would be would be a good idea (extra info and all that) but i would point out that this is the best site by far. Always helpful to all old and new, keep up the excellent work.

Re: other sites
Thanks for the compliment.
The mods have absolutely no objection to forum members using additional vintage tech sites. We try to maintain good relations with the UK ones. |

Re: Other vintage radio sites
To (miss?) quote the Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, "Several million out of ten" for the moderators who make this forum a very good place to be. Especially Paul's (Stenning) Xmas message that if you go a bit OTT (inebriated!) the post will simply be deleted, no questions asked.

Re: Other vintage radio sites
Thank you all. We all do our best!
We know we can't please everyone all the time (anything that tries is doomed to fail), so we are happy that there are other forums with different styles and approaches that some people will prefer. Although we say this every year, we haven't actually had to delete any such messages over the last few Christmas and New Year periods, which is a credit to all our members. |

Re: Other vintage radio sites
It's great to be part of it. Made quite a few new friends repairing our old junk! Just enjoy it and don't get too serious about it. All the best. John.
