Default Unusual tuning condenser.

Another unusual component I have had for a number of years. A POLAR MICROMETER CONDENSER.Pics attached.Does anyone know anything about it?.

Micrometer drives are often found as part of adjusters for waveguide and cavity filters.

I've got some Moore and Wright ones with about a 50mm diameter micrometer barrel which once positioned plungers into a waveguide device.

Hi, I have a few of these. I believe they were used on early sets to adjust neutralisation in the triode RF stages.
Probably only a few pF in value.

HI I thought something along those lines,They were found with a few readyradio swinging coil holders and vintage rheostats in Wales a good number of years ago. Graham.
