Default VLF receiver type CJD (Royal Navy)

Collected yesterday, as advertised in the offered section.
Looking out for any service information, ideally BR2407 as the receiver appears to have a complex external power supply.
Rob.

The "complex external power supply" is a bit more than that I am afraid. The separate chassis which houses the psu circuits also contains the final IF, detector and audio stages. The big bit which you have contains the Rf stages, synthesizer, 1st IF and BFO. So the receiver is basically incomplete.
Can't help with documentation but I expect it is available from the RN Communications Museum.
cheers
