New look Beocentral - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

Our B&O website www.beocentral.com has a fresh new look and should now also be easier to use. Of greatest interest to forum members (probably!) is the Workshop Notebook which is now accessible directly from the front page so you can pick up repair tips without having to do too much "mousing around".

That looks excellent Tim. A most interesting reference - I especially like the old CTVs and VCRs.

What a great site.

I haven't 'read' a web-site in such detail for ages. I especially like the 'chapter' on the state of 'modern' CD's and then the chapter on 'How to Listen'.

Very informative, am off now to get my ears cleaned!!

Very impressive

. I've met Tim. A "proper chap" [Lancs speak] with a meticulous approach as can be gleaned from this site and his repairs!

Thanks to James I've now read Tim's collection of essays which are well-written, instructive and thought-provoking. They are under 'Beomic' which I'd originally thought was dedicated to a collection of hitherto little known B&O microphones....
