Found at work - how it came to be with us is anybody's guess! But may have been in a job lot of equipment bought at a closing-down factory sale.

It has a carrying recess at both ends, one is just visible in the photograph.

Whatever the origin, it's mine now

Lovely. Nicely patinated solidly built and useful in its own right. Good snaffle!
