Default JVC HM-DR 10000 pouring image in SP

My JVC HM-DR10000 has a problem: it records and reads perfectly in analogic LP (VHS and S-VHS) and in digital D-VHS but when it reads / records analog cassettes in SP (also recorded by other recorders) the image skips vertically as well as being disturbed by horizontal showers (as if the tape were out of track). The insertion of the TBC greatly reduces the friction without eliminating it (the image remains in the picture of the kinescope but vibrates vertically) while manually adjusting the tracking from the remote control the gusts increase without ever disappearing. This only at SP speed and in analog. At LP speed (in analog and digital) everything works perfectly. I saw that from 4 capacitors, in the switching power supply, comes out a kind of silicone and I assume should be changed but I do not know if the problem is actually caused by them or not (the device turns on regularly, in digital SP works well and in analog LP as well). The strange thing is that in analog SP when active, for example, a forward-fast and then step to normal play for two seconds the image is clean; then immediately come back to get dirty. What could cause this trouble?
