Default B&W Zeppelin

I've been asked to repair one of these, The problem is the standby light flashing red. there appear to be different versions, mine has the power supply with three 1500uF capacitors.

They are not bulging but U9 which is a surface mount transistor has blown up. There are no diagrams and B&W cant/wont help.

Does anyone know what U9 is?
