18 Set/38 Set
Does anyone have any pictures of these sets being used by soldiers in action, please ?
A vintage radio chum is to give a talk on them at a local ARS, and needs pictures of the 18 Set being carried in a knapsack. Plus pictures of a 38 Set being carried in a chest pack. He's not really into computers & doesn't have a printer. Regards, David |

Re: 18 Set/38 Set
David, they are there on Google, clicking on images. I searched for "No 18 radio set", then images, and there are lots of pictures of the set itself, and one or two of soldiers using them. He must know someone with a printer ?
Not to mention the one that hangs behind the door in one of the 'Harry Palmer' spy films! B

Plenty of pictures of WS18 in use in Wireless For The Warrior Volume 2.
