Forum offline - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

The forum (and whole server) were offline between around 8:55 and 9:25 this morning. I do not yet know the reason (waiting for a reply from the hosting company).

It was also offline between 4:20am and 4:40am this morning according to ping monitoring - but I doubt anyone noticed that one!

I will update when I know more.

I'm expecting another brief outage when the cable is replaced, but that should be just a few seconds.

Frustrating that it happened but thankfully it was nothing more serious.

I didn't get my usual breakfast "forum fix" this morning

but I was tucked up in bed during the early hours outage.

The service data site and BVWS site are currently offline still, as the server seems to have lost some IP addresses. I have asked the hosting company to take a look.

It should now all be fixed. I think there was a further brief downtime while they reset network settings.
