G2DAF Mk 2 Receiver Article Wanted
Does anyone have the first article describing the development of the Mk 2 receiver, please. I have the Mk1 booklet, the 5th Edition (1976) of the RSGB handbook in which the Mk2 is described, and I have the Part 2 article from Rad Com, December 1973.
But I'd really like to see the first Rad Com article (November 1973 ?), which I hope will give me the background as to why he thought a Mk2 was necessary, and why he chose the technology he did. Thanks for any information. |

The MkI was originally 1961, so no "WARC" bands

Ed Dinning kindly sent me some info when I was playing with one, I'll dig it out when I get home, you're more than welcome to it.
