Default TRW P19704 RF power transistor

Hi Guys, Does anybody have any technical info on a TRW P19704 RF power transistor? I have a Marconi wide band amplifier with a faulty one and need to replace with the same or equivalent. I can find no information at all. I suspect I will need to replace 3 more of the same type (if equivalents) as they need to be fairly well matched.
Thanks,
Robert

No such number. could you have misread PT9704?
