Improving the accuracy of an AVO CT160 by eliminating a design fault
During the calibration of my AVO Valve Tester CT-160 I made the following observation.
After calibration, the nominal set~ voltage value never coincides with the expected value of 47 V. The difference is at least 2%. I have analysed and explained this phenomenon. Further I have implemented a most simple design change that both is solving the calibration discrepancy as well will improve the measurement accuracy. Frans, PA0FVE |
