Default The Redifon Type 6953A RF Deck info please

Hi All,
The Redifon has finally made it east and now resides in prime position next to my bed! I know what your thinking! but it was easier to move my bed than the deck and in addition swmbo suggested it, but lets not go there.

The important thing is:

On the whole it is in pretty good condition but,It's missing a couple of and I have no documentation .

Is there anyone that would be able to point me in the right direction as at the moment I've drawn a blank with the internet. It uses 4 x 4cx250B's

Pics attached to jog your memmory.

Thanks & Happy New Year

Onewatt, Hopefully this will soon change!

Capacitors Graham, - there are a couple of doorknobs that have been borrowed for other projects by the looks of it.

Cheers
Sean

Of course, there will have to be a username change when it ends up on the air!

Hmm! Sorry Graham, I was a bit severe when editing. Sean's right. If you look at pic2, It shows some buss bars that should be attached to some doorknob caps.

I'm trying to contact the vendor to see if he can help regarding values, but I know he didn't have any details on the unit.

I was always advised to "measure twice & cut once" so in future I will apply this to my posts before posting,
or alternatively,
"less haste more speed" but to be honest I've never understood the latter.

Thanks & Regards

Onewatt
