My copy did arrive this morning. The Post Office standard for 2nd class delivery is three working days. An e-complaint has been dispatched.

Well at last i have tried the DVD on the computer recently new dvd drive .ITs definately faulty it wouldnt play on the standard thingy but on another dvd driver it played on the first one but again siezed up wouldnt play anything else at all !

Assuming it won't play on a normal DVD player (not a PC drive), give Graham a call and ask him to send you a replacement.
