Default M1 * 12mm screws / bolts?

Might anyone have a pair of m1 diameter by 12mm long screws, ideally with low profile heads, and matching m1 nuts?

Required for the reassembly of a sealed PCB-mounting potentiometer which was originally held together by (2 of) 1mm * 12mm aluminium rivets (the rivet heads had to be drilled off to get it apart).

Try here?

Google is your friend (in this case at least).

Herald, thanks, although I have no idea how you found those because the search engine on that site itself is hopeless - I tried to find Pan head versions by searching further for "M1 X 12mm" on the site and it could not even find the cheese head one you linked to.

A good start, anyway, thanks.

I just googled M1*12 screw and it came up about 6 hits down the list.

Looks like their pan head range doesn't go that small:

M1 studding is also available:

You could also try 14BA they may be easier to find at model shops etc.

I seem to remember that long 14BA screws were used for connecting points to point motors located under the baseboard, so model railways suppliers would be a good place to try.

I'm afraid traditional model shops are becoming an endangered species these days - I was thinking maybe I should try a horologist / clock and watch specialist, but they are also rather rare now. I doubt whether many watch repair centres can do much more than change a battery or a strap nowadays, let alone supply precision miniature nuts and bolts in a range of sizes.

Herald, I'll probably go for the first ones you pointed out - I can always file the heads to a lower profile. Thanks again for looking.

Thanks all, although, BAIRD 700, I'm not sure you realise how small M1 bolts are - I've never seen general hardware shops selling such small bolts or screws. Chains you might expect to keep such things, like Hobbycraft, don't sell them either.
