Default Tek etc.Oscilloscope troubleshooting/repair guide FREE!

This information is most informative - especially when it shows to to avoid going round in circles when fixing scopes.

I hope this is in the right section, I am new here, so a little lost at present.

Cheers, useful guide, though it's for the later solid state scopes some aspects are still applicable to the valved scopes.

This document has been like a 'bible' to me ever since I developed an interest in restoring oscilloscopes some years ago. In fact the principles described in the first five pages apply to almost any equipment fault finding process. Heartily recommended to anyone who hasn't already got a copy.
