If SW is used, it might be better to use crystal oscillator to prevent drift. There are so called parts of the spectrum designated ISM that have various uses but are not protected e.g. 13.56 MHz just below the 22m broadcast band.
The technique often used for MW is the leaky feeder system, where the transmitter is connected to a run of coax which is not terminated with a e.g. 50 ohm load. The range is limited to receivers in vicinity of the coax. |
