Default My little spinney radio.

Hello
I have a small Spinney radio 7 transistor two band radio from the 60s. It works and picks up just two stations, and the volume is really low when in the high position. It needs an Aerial. cosmetically I want leaving alone. But this radio was kept to keep the cows amused when milking on my grandparents farm, hence the inside is quite dusty. What I’m looking for is someone to revamp the inner components, as required to work properly again. Would there be anyone able to do this, in the midlands, as I would like to drop off and pick up in person. I don’t trust the post with this special radio of mine.
I appreciate this may be a tall order but any help regarding this would be great and very much appreciated.
If this is in the wrong section I apologise.
Many thanks
Martyin.

I could take a quick look but do not have the time to do an extensive investigation.

I am in Whatstandwell DE4 5EG - not too far from parts of Staffordshire.

You should be able to pack well enough for posting although a bump could detune the aerial. Has it been dropped?
