EDSAC project
The EDSAC rebuild project are looking for various valves and components, as well as volunteers to help rebuild it. I've managed to find a single NOS VR92 valve I shall be donating - 599 to go...

Re: EDSAC project
Hi,
Fantastic project! Would volunteer solderers etc have to travel to BP to do it? Michael |

Re: EDSAC project
It could become a holiday destination... book yourself in for a week's assembly work rather like those charities rebuilding stretches of footpath and restoring buildings.
Hmm I used to rather like the EA50. How about "DPL"? Diode-Pentode Logic David

Re: EDSAC project
I have given them a few dozen valves, and if that list is accurate, can find some more for them.
I believe that Mike Barker (Murphymad) is in contact with them and can collect valves etc at the various BVWS events and deliver them to EDSAC. But, please check as my information may not be accurate. |
