Marconi TF1020A RF Wattmeter/Dummy Load
Wondered if anyone has one of of these ? And/or a Handbook/Manual. Looks like a wee thermo-couple at bottom end of resistive load. Glass encapsulated -would like to know it's ref no, or prahaps CV no ? Please.

Re: Marconi TF1020A RF Wattmeter/Dummy Load
Belay that last pipe, as the Navy used to say. Have found a pdf Manual on a New Zealand website. Had already tried BAMA, but no luck.
However, would still like to hear from anyone with additional info on this lightweight RF WM. Would like to obtain a spare thermo-couple, if they are still available. Regards, David |

Re: Marconi TF1020A RF Wattmeter/Dummy Load
The T/C may be a standard marconi part as used elsewhere see this post for example. https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...407#post347599

Re: Marconi TF1020A RF Wattmeter/Dummy Load
Thanks Glowanode, looks like the same 25mA T/C - says 10 for sale on ebay.
The downloaded Manual I've obtained is missing the circuit diagram. However, the circuit is so simple. Regards, David |

Re: Marconi TF1020A RF Wattmeter/Dummy Load
Spare T/Cpl aquired. Meter tested & WM calibrated. Going to give casing a re-spray. I'm now happy as Larry.
