B&O Beomaster 1100 "lights out"
Hi,
I have just realized that my "almost new" B&O radio "is dark" as all of the tiny light bulbs are burnt out, all three of them. Took quite a while get access to the bulbs, and all I could find out is they are W2x4,6d socket type, no Volt/Watt or Amp indication legible. And, yes, I have not been able to locate the manual. Surely I will find it afterwards. Can anyone tell me what signal lights I need - or does anyone have the schematic at hand? Thanks, Joe |

Re: B&O Beomaster 1100 "lights out"
For Beomaster 1100 type 2609:
The 2 lamps that go into the tuning-balance indicator are 12V/30mA. The 3rd. lamp, stereoindicator as I remember it, is 12V/1Watt. The lamps are (were?) available in long-life versions and it's a VERY good idea to use these as the original types went fast. Also you may be able to find 14Volt variants and then you should go for these. Rgds, /Torben |

Re: B&O Beomaster 1100 "lights out"
@ Torben: Thank you very much! I will order those. With a little help from my reading glasses I think the original bulbs might have been stamped "12V30"
