GEC radio BC 5445
Hi all someone has one of these that's been kept in a cupboard for 40 years and they are looking to part with it, it works apparently, however I have told them not to switch it on again till I look at it.
What might I offer for something like this? 20 quid? Looks complete but I havent seen inside yet. Cheers, Nick |

£20 seems reasonable to me, I would pay much more.

Worth £25-£30 I would have thought, good if its been inside in a cupboard rather than a damp garage ect.
Worth checking out the "wood" finish which is just printed/sprayed on to the Bakelite and is a job to repair if its been worn off. Steve. |

Re post #2.
I should check my posts properly. I wouldn’t pay much more than £20 but £25-30 is ok.
