Default 3 valve MW/LW 12V car radio. Repairer needed.

I bought one of these, Plessey made.

I have done what I can, following the tips in this thread:-

https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...ad.php?t=58884

replacing the dodgy capacitors and the selenium rectifier. I am still waiting for the "new old" valves to arrive. It does produce some sounds with the original valves - mostly noise varying in correspondence to radio station frequencies and it is just possible to make out voices on the strongest MW signal. Nothing on the LW preset.

I am looking for someone near me (Paisley, Renfrewshire) with all the necessary test gear to retune the IF etc.
I seem to recall ZAGATOMAN said in a post that he lives close to Glasgow airport, which like next door!

Please advise
Rgds
