TV22 with a dead LOPT.
I have recently purchased a Bush TV22 and unfortunately the LOPT is dead. I was wondering where I could get it rewound and how much it would cost.
Thanks. |

Re: TV22 with a dead LOPT.
Two forum members offer this service, Ed Dinning and Mike Barker (Murphymad). A PM to one or both should answer this.

Well worth checking the frame blocking transformer as well, these are a common failure on these sets.
These can also be rewound. Mark |

Ed has rewound a couple of transformers for me, one of them being a blocking oscillator for a TV22. Quick turnaround and not expensive at all to have done.

Re: TV22 with a dead LOPT.
Just re-located the TV22/TV24 LOPT info I collated. Might be useful to someone.

Re: TV22 with a dead LOPT.
Hi Gents, just a note that I only do the LOPT primary windings (the usual one to fail), not the EHT overwind.
I've also done rewinds of all the other transformers in the set as well as the smoothing choke. Ed |
