Hi again Kamran. Your last post came in at 8:52 pm here to give you an idea of the time difference. No teetoon isn't my name it's a nickname given to me by my father (long story).
Anyway here are some pics of the TPA 100D and a pic of the schematic. Sorry I don't have a scanner>

David.

David, if you put the schematic image in a PDF or zip it, the forum software won't resize the image and the original resolution will be maintained.

Right, thanks for that Paul. I do have the manuals somewhere on this computer but I'm not sure how to go about uploading them.

Actually, I just tried to upload but the file is too big. 4.5 mb. I'm not sure how to break it up as it's not something I've done before.
David.

Here is the original document as received by David. I have reduced the quality to fit inside forum limits but it is still perfectly readable.

Hello Kamran Yousaf,

I’ve replied to your PM – very sorry for the late reply.

I no longer have the TPA amplifiers, but I do have a schematic of the amplifier though.

If you PM me your email address I’ll send it to you via email.

Regards
Terry.

Hello Terry,
Does the schematic for the TPA amplifiers that you have include the component values? If it does, I would love a copy please. I have an original of the booklet above but it does not include component values.
Stuart.

Hi Stuart,

Yes, it does.

PM your email address and I’ll pop it over to you.

I’ve got to do the same for Kamran.

Regards
Terry.

These are general purpose NPN/PNP complementary silicon transistors. The modern BC547/BC557 are electrically equivalent.

Thank you so much Sir David, I have made a copy of TPA 100D after fixing some issues in my PCB and unavailability of parts and facing still some issues, for example if I use 2N5631(140, 16, 200) as power transistors then its generate beautiful sound and if I use silicon transistors like 2SC5200 amp starts oscillation.

Here in Pakistan parts availability is main problem.

Kamran, did you have trouble getting a suitable PCB or did you make it yourself? I can try and send you some transistors but no idea how much it will cost? I suppose getting components from India is problematic.

Andy.

Sir David,

I replace 68 ohm resistors with 180 ohm because with 68 Ohm resistor Base voltages were not generating on the 2 power transistors other than which collectors are directly connected with the VCC. Now the Amp is functional but Power transistors are heating like iron, and i am unable to read schematic that how much volts are mentioned on different points, Please help in this regard Thanks.
