Default BSR Turntable Capacitor

I need help in identifying a capacitor in a BSR McDonald 810 turntable. The part number is A106970. My problem is that I cannot find what the value of the capacitor is, or any other information on it. Can someone please help me. Thank you.

Pictures?

It's probably a Class X capacitor, or it could be the running capacitor of a 4-pole motor (McDonald was the name used on the "posher" BSRs).

This sounds like a standard value c. 350V motor switch click suppressor.

It is attached to the motor switch assembly.

Yes, it will be there to dampen mains switching noise.
