Default Homebase “vintage filament lamp” bulbs sale

Good afternoon,
I popped into Homebase in Rugby earlier as I was passing. They are selling off their vintage rustic filament lamps at significantly lower than cost price until stocks are exhausted. I got a few to have a play with. They have quite a range of envelope shapes including twisted candle, tubular spherical and round conical shapes in BC and ES bases 240V rated. Some have squirrel cage filament nests and would look the part in a vintage lamp fitting. They have a light bronze coating of the envelopes to make them look old. These are the lowest efficiency lamps with an E rating. They have a range of LED filament lookalike lamps which are being sold normally.

Default Re: Homebase “vintage filament lamp” bulbs sale

and to add to the efficiency remark, the "vintage" filament lamps I have seen are a lot dimmer watt for watt than standard tungsten lamps, so not really suitable as a proper light source, rather for decorative purposes only.
