Default Germanium transistor re?

Am I right in thinking that re = 25mV/Ie (Ie in mA) for germanium transistors as well as Silicon?
I think that's true as it's based on electron characteristics but I'm not absolutely sure.
Cheers

Yes (assuming the temperature is 20°C). Silicon or germanium makes no difference. But the figure is proportional to absolute temperature.
