Default BVWS Renewals

Putting my BVWS Committee hat on for a moment....

Now that the postal service is getting back to normal and hopefully most of you have received your BVWS Bulletins (or will do in the next day or two), can I ask you on behalf of Graham Terry (Membership Secretary) to get your membership renewal forms and payments sent off to him as soon as possible. Please also include the form to vote for your favourite article from the past year, if you have decided.

If you do not intend to renew it would greatly help Graham if you could return the form, unsigned, with a brief note saying that you will not be renewing and giving the reason. This will save him from having to chase up your payment in a month or so.

Note that you must be a paid-up member to attend BVWS events and bid in BVWS auctions. The next auction is 14th January at Wootton Bassett. You can renew your membership at that event if you wish, however you must do so before the auction starts (you cannot get a bidder number unless you have paid up). It would save time for everyone if you could take along your completed membership form and cheque, rather than writing them there.

If you have any queries about your membership, please contact Graham using the contact details on the BVWS website.

Thanks.
