Default 1930's Pegasus Radio.

Hi, does anyone have any information on this Pegasus radio?
I've replaced all the caps, but need to check the voltages as it has some distortion.
Any help would be great !!!

Many thanks, andy b

Radio Radio only refers to it as "Table Model", does it have a model number?

Sorry I can't help you Andy but out of interest I had an early thirties Pegasus that was slightly pyramid shaped - trapezoidal I guess. I sold it in the early 90s having never got around to getting it going but I do recall it was quite sparce inside. Lovely art deco looking set though - like yours. Mine had a round dial.

Could be 880 or 1990 both are on Paul's DVD or available as just circuit at £1.99.

Re distortion, is this the speaker faulty or is there any hum? Check all reses should be within 20% of stated value.

Possibly the 1990, it has 5 valves .
The circuit does have some voltage measurements.
