Kenwood T85L: How to Operate?
This is part of a system, but seems similarish style to mains KT74L
I've powered it up via 16V AC and entered year, date and Time. I managed to get it to come to life by pressing OTT and then selecting nearest time. Then at that time I was able to tune it using up/down or selecting a stored channel. It does receive using up/down. I don't have the system. Surely though it ought to be possible to simply press band or something and tune it without programming a time? Maybe it needs to go to recycling. Seems a shame. Can't find any operation guide. At some point in time after microprocessors and digital displays added someone decide no radio should be operable without the manual. My JVC radio is totally unintuitive to preset a channel, and least said about using any DAB set I have on FM the better. |

I guess either stick this in the attic or recycling unless someone wants it?
Shame as it seems to work well once awakened. |
