Default Atari SC-1435 - Not your standard flyback issue

So I got this non working and when turned on it’s makes the familiar high pitch squeal and stupidly I didn’t check anything as it’s so commonly the flyback.

Anyway, got my replacement, installed it and.. exactly the same. ******.

So I’ve checked the HOT, seems ok, the flyback doesn’t have any shorts or anything is usual about it, the diodes in the power supply seem ok, resistors too, I’m confused what the issue could be to be honest.

This is basically the same monitor as the CM8833 mk2 and 1084s-d2 (I think it’s d2).

Has anyone any experience of a similar problem?
