The supply of leads with the 6P4C BT plug on one end & a grommet on the other with the four wires terminating in spade terminals appears to have dried up. Does anyone know of a supplier please?

Normally, this chap does them, in the full range of GPO colours. Excellent quality and inexpensive too:

So, you could use these people, who I suspect re-sell Ray's stuff:

£5 + p&p isn't too unreasonable for what you're getting.

Telephone Lines have them at £5 INCLUDING postage.

They are another good firm to deal with.
