Many thanks to Matty, my CB935 now has two working doll's eyes (and one remaining gap). I have also managed to obtain a replacement for the incomplete drop-down indicator - so nearly there!

The 2 x 4uf capacitors form a filter in series with the retard coils , presumably to keep the audio away from the dc of the battery supply. You are right that they sit across the 50v supply. The Night Alarm switch just silences the buzzer after an excg line flap has been dropped. Rather that the eyeballs which are of course self resetting when the subs loop has cleard. Hope it helps. This is my first posting

As the result of a recent acquisition, I am pleased to report that the CB935 now has a full complement of three (correctly-numbered) dollseyes. I have a minor niggle that no. 2 doesn't seem to travel far enough to make the buzzer contact at the moment, but I'm sure I can apply a bit of persuasion there.

Apologies for the inadequacies of my vintage digicam:

It's sorted itself - it proved to be just a tad of stickiness.

Dave, I hope that I am not too late in this conversation to be able to help you! The 8uf terminals are for battery and ground. I have the identical switchboard although mine had the magneto and the buzzer stripped from it? I can see where the buzzer connects but I see no extra or severed wires on the wiring harness on the bottom of the switchboard. I have no clue where the magneto connects to it. I hope that your 8uf connections with operate your board, cheers, Dave.

If you are still short of indicators we have box loads from two 10+50 boards broken for spares (they were way beyond repair).

Thanks for the offer. The above switchboard was sorted ages ago - as indicated a couple of post up. I may, however, gratefully take you up on your offer if and when I return to my own 10+50, which currently has a number of faults including some dodgy indicators. At present, I simply have blanking plugs in the sockets of the non-operational circuits.

This is, however, straying from the topic of this thread - which has probably now served its purpose
