Default Roberts R303 chassis removal

Any pointers on how to remove the chassis from a Roberts R303?
The chassis can't come out through the top since the faceplate is too big to go through the gap. It can't come out of the bottom because the speaker is in the way. Is the rear panel supposed to come away somehow?

The loudspeaker and the battery bracket have to be removed then the two wooden side members according to the Trader sheet.

Lawrence.

Thanks Lawrence, I'll see how easy it is to remove the speaker,
