Pye Achoic
I've unexpectedly added a cosmetically tidy one of these complete with four legs to my pile of tuits. Being a sort of bulgy rectangular shape it might be a while until it becomes a round one. Especially given the notorious butterfy cartridge!
A mutually beneficial deal with a local "past times" emporium involving the fixing of a modern turntable (Acoustic Solutions DR130) by replacing its dead transformer with an external 12V bulge in the lead unit and the loan of a DIN-Phonos lead was negotiated and I made off with my booty!

Re: Pye Achoic
Well done! Just to say (and if you already know this do forgive me) but the electronics and speaker phasing on these are very, very, fussy.

My Pye Achoic
This has just moved infinitesimally up the round tuit pile with the acquisition of a nice brochure describing its wonderfulness
I thought it would be an owner's handbook from the sale description, but it looks like I'll have to wait a bit longer for one of those.
