Default Paint.NET Decca TP75 scale.

I've been looking for a suitable bit of software to edit pictures to produce dial scales etc. Most of the well known photo edit programs are pretty pricey.

So I thought I would try paint.NET which is free and managed to produce a good result with my first effort.

I have posted the result in this sticky which Paul has set up for dial glasses etc.
