Wow and Flutter meter
Please note that the National Panasonic VP-7750A is the same as the Topward TWF-533 and the handbook may be found here:
http://www.topward.com/download.htm The zip is a cal tone for the meter I found on this message board. Download Audacity, put unzipped .ny file into Plug In file in Program Files on Audacity. Run Audacity, the cal tone can be found in the Generate menu, select Loop Play in the Transport menu, connect PC to meter. Press DIN and Lin on front panel meter should read 1%, and display 3000Hz.
