Default Ferguson Black And White Portable Tv (38030)

I am looking for a circuit for the Ferguson 38030 black and white 12" portable tv (this was the little white one with the semi circular tuning dial at the bottom, that employed the mc13002p IC to do everything) I have a set that has had a rough ride, courtesy of a careless courier and now will not tune in (sound or vision) I have already repaired a few cracks in the PCB, and checked for dry joints both on the PCB and inside the tuner to no avail, so i feel it is now time to try with a diagram. Any help will be much appreciated
Cheers
Chris.

Hello,

It's in the 1983-4 volume of Radio & Television Servicing. Sorry, I don't have a copy, but someone here well, as will bigger public libraries.

Nick.

PS Your VT8300 is now boxed and will be at the PO later today, with luck

Thanks for that Nick, i only have Radio and Television Servcingup to 1981, so i just missed it, our Central Library is being rebuilt at the moment so everything is scattered around in smaller ones, but it will be worth a go.
Thanks also for the VT8300, i look forward to its arrival and will drop you a line when it comes.
Cheers,
Chris.

Thanks David,
I do have an inspection lamp with a magnifier built in, on a quick check all seemed well but i will do a more detailed examination this weekend, as the cracks were big and nasty and i could still have more to find.

Many thanks
Chris.
