Anyone recognise this ‘dial’?
I bought a nice clock yesterday, and when I took off the ‘back’ it had all these markings on it, could it be some sort of radio dial? The 3 holes in it I’m guessing aren’t original, 2 are used to secure the clock movement into the case!

Looks like the scale from an ORMOND INDIGRAPH
Commonly used on kit sets of 20's and early 30's. Used on the Cossor 1927 Melody Maker. https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...dial-487888916 Cheers Mike T

That looks like the one! I guess the poor old Ormond dial was a victim of 'upcycling' back in the 40's or 50's. It's in fairly good condition, apart from the extra holes drilled into it! Regards, Lloyd |

Re: Anyone recognise this ‘dial’?
Interestingly, the middle one matches up with one of the screwholes on the worthpoint image, but yours seems to lack the corresponding hole on the other side.
