Default AVO 7 Mk II

Acquired this as an incidental in a mixed box with some interesting books at RWB last Sunday.

It works OK as far as I can tell- maybe reading a couple of % low but fine for poking round classic car electrics .

It's a metal cased one and came complete with two mouldering 1289s and a clean SP2 which managed 1.48V off load. Luckily the white stuff was confined to the sides of the 1289s and the battery compartment and terminals are nice and clean. It's missing one blanking plug from a PF socket if anyone has a spare.....?

Lots of those plugs tend to go missing. Vary rarely I've managed to pick a set up with both plugs.

..Particularly suitable for those with 6v vehicle electrics Chris! Just as long as the Q pot is OK.

I have only ever seen a PF blanking plug in photographs..
