Has any member got a genuine copy of windows xp and a memory module of 512mb pc100 266 ddr. this is for an old Compaq Presario 2500
Will pay all costs.

I don't think I have any 512MB DDR sticks, but I have some smaller ones. Would they be any use? FOC.

I've had a look and actually found a couple of 512 sticks. They are later than you asked for but should still work, as DDR is supposed to be backwards compatible (it just runs at the highest speed the mobo can support, or the speed of the slowest stick if lower).
